Notice of the 2009 AGM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by order of the Group Committee that the Annual General Meeting of “CREWE & NANTWICH ADVANCED MOTORISTS” will be held at 20:00 on Tuesday, 8th September 2009 at The Hawk Inn, Haslington to enable the Trustees of the Group (Registered Charity No. 1059553) to present their Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2008 / 2009 for approval by the Group Full Members and to conduct an election.
All Group Full Members, Associates and Friends are invited to attend but only Group Full Members (i.e. current Full Members of both the IAM and of the Group) may vote.
A member entitled to vote at the General Meeting may appoint a proxy to vote in his stead. A proxy need not be a Group Full Member.
