Congratulations

Congratulations to our two latest qualified observers.

Rachel Mackay Miller and Jim Britcliffe have just joined the dedicated team of observers after passing their Qualified Observers test.

Both Rachel and Jim are also approved driving instructors and are valuable assets to the observer team.
