Skid Control Training

We are delighted to announce that we have organised two sessions for this year.

Now is the perfect time to book and give your loved ones that perfect seasonal present with a difference.

The Group have arranged specialist training courses with the National Car Control Centre.

Enjoy learning new skills. The course teaches drivers to regain control of a skidding car.
Expert instructors blend classroom theory and practical experience in a specially adapted BMW 3 series vehicle.
Drivers are taught how to recognise the warning signs of a car about to lose grip and are then instructed in the techniques used to regain control.
As well as learning valuable driving skills, you will have the opportunity to join in some lighthearted competitions to test their new skills.
Course attendance certificates are awarded along with a trophy for the best driver of the day.

The Cost

The cost is £90.00 per individual IAM Member, either full or associate and £95.00 for non-members.
